Front line musicians will include, but not be limited to brass, woodwind, string and/or vocal performers. Scholarships include travel expenses, seven days with room and board (with local host families), five days of an intensive workshop and performance and a weekend pass to the 2007 TJC.

Masters workshops conducted by jazz vocalist Giacomo Gates and the Nigerian singer and percussionist Bola Abimbola will be held on Saturday, August 4th and Sunday, August 5th. A panel discussion will also take place on Sunday morning featuring this year's “Guest of Honor" along with a variety of international personalities including artists, media, writers, industry reps and agents.
