February 19, 2002 - AllAboutJazz.com, the web's ultimate guide to Jazz, has teamed with veteran Jazz radio host John Sutton to carry his Jazz Excursion radio program live Monday through Friday 10am-1pm EST.
Sutton, a thirty year veteran of Jazz radio broadcasting, says: “We are very excited about this relationship with AAJ. We feel the Jazz audience wins in so many ways, with great information and great sounds combined... advertisers will now have an easy way to reach the upscale, sophisticated and very loyal Jazz audience."
The Jazz Excursion is a three hour program showcasing an eclectic blend of Jazz styles. The final hour of programming will feature recommendations from All About Jazz Publisher Michael Ricci as well as commentary from host Sutton and the Jazz artists.
In addition, AllAboutJazz.com has just announced plans to carry the 24/7 Jazz radio station from warpradio.com. Warp Radio's Jazz station will make Jazz tunes and special attractions for Jazz listeners available through AllAboutJazz.com for the balance of the day.
