Delano’s Album ‘Full Circle’ Due In Stores June 21, 2005

LOS ANGELES – Smooth jazz saxophonist Andre Delano has signed a national distribution deal with Bayside Entertainment, the distribution arm of Tower Records. California-based Bayside will be responsible for the distribution of Andre’s debut album “Full Circle,” set to be in stores June 21, 2005.

“We’re very pleased to be releasing Andre’s debut album. He’s an incredible musician and a tremendous talent,” said Morty Wiggins from Bayside.

An East St. Louis native, Andre has recorded and toured with Stevie Wonder, Maxwell, Jeff Lorber, Chielli Minucci, Doc Powell, and Bobby Lyle. While on tour, Andre received critical acclaim from the Los Angeles Times, L.A. Weekly and Rolling Stone magazine. The Los Angeles Times raved that Andre, “Plays with a flair and inventiveness…He is clearly ready for his own solo career.” So, after years of recording and touring with other acts, Andre felt it was time to begin his solo career.

“Full Circle” features guest appearances by guitarists Al McKay (Earth, Wind & Fire), Bruce Conte (Tower of Power) and Dwight Sills; smooth jazz piano virtuoso Kevin Toney and R&B vocalist Terrell. The album consists of numerous smooth jazz stylings including “Foot Steps;" a tribute to his son entitled “When Jadon Smiles;” and “Night Riders,” the album’s first single. “Night Riders” is remixed by legendary keyboardist Jeff Lorber and is currently airing on more than 40 radio stations nationwide.

All That Jazz Consulting & Marketing, Inc., the leaders in smooth jazz radio promotion, is handling the radio campaign. All That Jazz has been instrumental in breaking such artists as Boney James, Richard Elliot and Euge Groove, and feels that Andre Delano is the “next” stand-out saxophonist in the smooth jazz format.
