Philly/Detroit Summit to mark “A Love Supreme"

Last year it was Detroit and Chicago. This year it's Detroit and Philly.

The 29th annual Detroit International Jazz Festival will be celebrating the City of Brotherly Love throughout the Labor Day weekend, with Philadelphia-born bassist Christian McBride as the festival's artist-in-residence, a gaggle of artists from both cities, and several special projects.
