DJ Tiesto, Carl Cox, Bloc Party, Deadmau5, the Ting Tings, Cut Copy and Crystal Castles lead the bill for the 2009 Ultra Music Festival, to be held March 27-29 at Bicentennial Park in downtown Miami.
