The Knights

There is more than one group known as The Knights. 1) The Knights were a 1960s band and the concoction of producer Gary Usher to take advantage of the surf and hot rod music that was popular in the day. Featuring session players, most the group's repertoire were covers of Beach Boys songs such as "I Get Around," though there were a few original songs, such as "Hot Rod High." They officially only released one album, "Hot Rod High" in 1964.
