Coming from a tradition of musicianship, the tutelage of his parents, the musical institution of Trudy Pitts and "Mr. C." provided a unique training and professional environment, as well as exposure to the world of Jazz. During the last 25 years, he has developed, initiated, inspired, networked, and led several Philadelphia/New York-based Jazz bands.
