Jozee Devoua

A repeat performer at the Ottawa International Jazz Festival, Jozée has also performed on most major stages of the National Capital Region. In November 2013, Jozée Devoua & Swing Addiction will release their new Christmas cd: Jazz Winterlude.

In 2007, Jozée’s launched her debut album “Low Key”. Breathing new life into jazz standards, it is an eclectic mix of traditional swing, blues, and latin. To date, it has sold in over a dozen countries.

Fluent in French and English, she also sings in Spanish and Portuguese to answer to the versatility of her repertoire that includes both the established standards of yesteryear as well as today’s modern classics. Jozée and her musicians are also known to jazz up contemporary pop material with imaginative and fresh arrangements.
