CoCo Jones

Bright-eyed southern beauty, Coco Jones stared in the Disney Channel original movie Let It Shine, the #1 TV movie of the year, posting over 5.7 million viewers. Born in South Carolina and raised in Tennessee, this actress/singer/rapper started performing at a young age. At age nine, Coco had her first big performance when she sang the National Anthem at an NFL football game. In 2010 Coco was a runner up on Disney’s Next Big Thing, a show aiming to launch the music career of unsigned artists. Recent acclaim includes her feature on Essence.com in “35 Under 35: Young, Black, and Amazing,” which places her among the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, and Beyoncé.
