Grammy® and Latin Grammy® winning producer, composer and arranger, also nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award; his recent productions have featured John Patitucci, Airto Moreira, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Bruna Black, PUBLIQuartet, Danaë Vlasse, Hila Plitmann, Matt and Gregg Bissonette, Antonio Sánchez, Magos Herrera, Chano Domínguez, Camille Bertault, Christian McBride and Billy Martin (MMW), among many others.

Emilio D. Miler is a producer, composer and arranger.
He won a Latin Grammy for his production work on "Los Animales" by Mister G, was nominated to a Hollywood Music in Media Award for his original soundtrack to the documentary feature "H.O.P.E. Was Here”, produced “Sorte!,” nominated to the 62nd. GRAMMY® Awards in Best Latin Jazz Album, and co-produced the Grammy® winning Classical Vocal Album “Mythologies” by Danaë Xanthe Vlasse, alongside the composer. Emilio also took part in Björk's "Biophilia" tour, conducting workshops for children in music, science, and technology.
For over 20 years, he led the Music Department at CEARTEC (a higher education institution in Buenos Aires with majors in Live Sound, Music Engineering and Production, and Acoustic Design), which also published four books by Miler: one in Music Theory and Notation, one in Arranging for Rhythm Section, and two in Contemporary Harmony.
Miler has been a guest lecturer at Berklee Valencia, Abbey Road Institute (Paris), Icesi University in Cali, CES University in Medellín, Del Norte University in Barranquilla, El Bosque, Los Andes and Javeriana Universities in Bogotá (Colombia), and Universidad San Francisco Quito (Ecuador) as well as conducting workshops and lectures at other institutions and events, such as Barranquilla’s International Carnival of the Arts, Studio Ensamble Academy and Búho Negro Studio in Medellín, Árbol Naranja Productions in Bogotá (Colombia), Dante Cultural Center in Mérida (México), Nempla School Of Music and Romaphonic Studio (Argentina).
2017 saw the release of two albums co-produced by Miler: NY-based Italian singer Laura Campisi's "Double
Mirror" (featuring Zack Brock, Greg Hutchinson, Ameen Saleem and Vincent Herring, among others), and Mister G's latest "Mundo Verde/Green World” (which featured the song “Gozar,” co-produced and arranged by Miler, and recorded in Santo Domingo with members of Juan Luis Guerra’s legendary band “La 440”).
In 2018, he produced “Sorte!," the first collaboration between Latin Grammy nominated composer John Finbury and singer/lyricist Thalma de Freitas (also featuring Duduka Da Fonseca, John Patitucci and Airto Moreira, among others), recorded at The Powerstation at Berklee NYC, “Dula” for Houston-based Angolan singer Vivalda Dula (recorded in over a dozen cities in four continents), two singles for Colombian folkloric duo Folkloreta (one of which reached #16 in the Colombian National Radio charts), and co-produced NOS, by Venezuelan- American group New Caracas.
