COMING TO AMERICA Under the cover of darkness, he escaped to America in September 1976. Upon his arrival to California he began a series of odd jobs, namely as a cab driver and cook; he also began tirelessly writing and recording his own brand of music.
It's hardly an exaggeration to observe that the voice and music of Al Bowlly had a definite affect on Page's career. Sitting day after day with his living musical mentor Lou Curtiss "who owns a record shop"listening to the songs from the bad old days, Gregory's voice and songwriting was shaped into Black & White.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: 2011 Had two albums on the Dutch Album Charts (V2 Records in The Netherlands) ~ September
Dutch Television show on (VPRO) "Vrije Geluiden" airs a one hour specail on Gregory Page ~ September 11th
Gregory gave a Master Class on Songwriteing at the Penta College Spijkenisse ~ September 28th
Mr. Page & Band perform to a packed room on the main stage at The Paradiso in Amsterdam ~ September 24th
Gregory sells out his first concert in Rotterdam at Lantaren Venster ~ Febuary
