Jesus Molina

Colombian jazz pianist Jesus Molina was born in Sincelejo, Colombia in 1996. Molina started playing saxophone at the age of 12 and three years later, at the age of 15, he decided to change instrument and only focus on piano.

In 2016, Molina received the prestigous Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation®️ awards the Juan Luis Guerra Scholarship which included a music education at renowned Berklee College of Music with all expenses paid. Today he is one of the rising stars on the international Jazz Scene playing in the most importants stages in the world.

Molina has been developing an unique style combining all his musical influences in early age such as Oscar Peterson, Art Tatum, Errol garner, Bill Evans, etc... Bringing a fresh sound to Jazz music with the young generation and different approaches to famous Jazz standards such as ''Spain by Chick corea'' or  ''Night in Tunisia by Dizzie Gillespie'' and so Many arrangements in a very sophisticated way.

His First appearance at NAMM show in 2018 in collaboration with Nord Keyboards took an important place to Molina's career due to several viral videos on social media about his performances

Molina has worked and shared stages with artists such as Jesus Adrian Romero, Noel Schajris, Arturo Sandoval. Rudy Perez, Eric Marienthal, Gabriela Soto, Cory Henry, Randy Brecker, Carlitos del puerto, Randy Waldman, Zedd, Juan Luis Guerra, Alex Campos, John Patitucci, Mike stern, Dave Weckl, Tom Brooks, Jordan Rudess, and many others.
