He has performed at such renowned venues as Ronnie Scott’s, Royal Albert Hall, Pizza Express (Dean St.), Royal Festival Hall, Vortex, Sunset/Sunside, La Chope de Puces, The Verdict, The Bear Club and Peggy's Skylight; as well as EFG London Jazz Festival and Festival Django Reinhardt.

Eleazar has studied with New York bassists Ari Roland, Neal Miner, Ben Wolfe, Marco Panascia and (Austria based) Giorgos Anthoniou.
His technical ability and stylistic versatility puts him in high demand in the London jazz scene (whether it's be-bop, swing, trad, big bands or smaller ensembles, jazz manouche, folk, blues and tango); and makes him one of the first calls for visiting international musicians.
His playing style draws heavily on the playing of Oscar Pettiford, Ray Brown, Dennis Irwin, Milt Hinton, Nat King Cole, Lester Young, Duke Ellington, Django Reinhardt, Wilbur Ware, Wardell Grey, Horace Silver and Art Blakey.
He performs regularly, and has performed with musicians such as Steve Brown, Steve Fischwick, Frank Basile, Mark Taylor, Alex Garnett, Ray Gelato, Sara Dowling, Giacomo Smith, Stefan Melovski, Chris Byars, Zaid Nasser, Leon Greening, Olli Soikkelli, Gunther Kurmayr, Louise Messenger, Benedict Amadeus Scrivener, Vasilis Xenopoulos, Matyas Gayer, Darren A.
