David Hveem

David Hveem, based in Oslo, Norway, is working in and between various genres as a composer, conductor and musician. After finishing his masters degree in jazz composition from the Norwegian Academy of Music, he now works with and writes for ensembles all over Norway. Most of his compositions is written for big band and concert band, or related large ensembles. 

His first complete album as a composer was released in 2023 together with Det Nye Norske Storband, titled Det Rekomponerte Nye.
