Darko Misiraca

Musical life started as teenager under influence of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmy Page, bands like The Doors, The who etc. While being mentored by avangarde and jazz composer Zoran Ščekić (Five Limit Intervals – Theory & Praxis,   microtonal keyboard prototype (Z-board),   Croatian Composer Society’s 2015 international competition, author of the multimedia project Panmonism) had enrolled in Kaerten Landes Konservatorium in Klagenfurt (Austria), and studied with Agostino Di Giorgio, New York be-bop/jazz guitarist, educator and composer (Chuck Wayne, Barry Harris, Pasquale Grasso). After compliting conservatorium he has established his own quartet where he introduce him self as guitarist and composer. Beside quartet plays in various band forms from session musitian to Big Band. Great part of carier works as pedagogyst in c state basic, high classical music schools and private schools for jazz and pop music.
