Lyricist Irving Caesar was born on this day in 1889. Caesar wrote the words to many standards, including Sometimes I'm Happy, Crazy Rhythm and I Want to Be Happy. In 1925, he teamed up with Otto Harbach to write Tea for Two for the musical No No Nanette, with music by Vincent Youmans (Sometimes I'm Happy was from the same show). Marc Willis Conquers Caesar's Palace with Thunderous Performance!

Pianist/Composer Marc Willis was masterful in his performnce May 11th at Caesar's Palace! He performed several pieces from his up coming second CD during the opening ceremony of the musical The Best of Broadway". Marc captured the crowd of over 1000 with his first piece, and had them in awe by the end. The evening was a tremendous triumph for the young pianist/composer, who was quickly re-hired for another performance in San Francisco this October. Stay tuned for further updates! ...
