Blunders of the World

Blunders of the World is a collective of musicians based in and around Glasgow, Scotland. Cutting our teeth in open mics and jazz jams around the dear green place, we have arrived at a sound that combines intricate jazz harmony and tasteful melodic improvisation with carefully crafted arrangements and a meticulous production philosophy. Our lyrics range from the psychedelic to the political, incorporating dark Glaswegian humour to tackle the absurdity of the modern world and hopefully uplift the beauty concealed within.

We currently have three singles released -- Polygonal Lady, Don't Fall in Love, and Spring Rain -- with a debut EP in the works.

"The composition showcases all the flagrant chromaticisms of a decadent jazz-wannabe... the culturally appropriated groove and arbitrarily obscene premise set the stage for a variety of banal melodic episodes and quotations, culminating in a comedically over-indulgent finale." -- Cornelius O'Reilly on 'Polygonal Lady'
