Ludwig vanTrikt is a self-described "Perennial Philadelphian".
I have lived in Philly all my life and remember when Jazz (even avant-garde Jazz) was an integral part of the black working-class neighborhood of my upbringing. During the mid 80s to 1990s, I booked the Jazz series for the Painted Bride Art Center along with hosting various programs on WRTI 90.1 FM, including “Out of the Afternoon” and “Night Creature”. In addition to AAJ, interviews can be found in Cadence Magazine, CODA, and the website onefinalnote.com.
