About Me

Streets paved with opal sadness lead me counterclockwise to pockets of joy, and jazz.

Craig Dowd is writer and bookseller from Ocean Grove, New Jersey. He is the owner of Edgewood Books, a secondhand bookshop specializing in modern first editions, signed books, poetry, plays, and crime fiction. Previously, he served as Nonfiction Editor at Rivet Journal, published by Red Bridge Press, and wrote about jazz as a longtime contributor to the TriCityNews, his hometown alt-weekly. He now lives with his family and an unruly collection of books in Bucks County, PA.
