Elijah Rock, the man known popularly as Mr. Romance is one of his generations foremost interpreters of the Great American Songbook. His original song, Gershwin For My Soul, brings back the time of the greats with his richly expressive voice and magnetic stage presence. The verses and voices in the song seems to be as much a painting as a piece of free smooth jazz music. Just a few notes, and you have a beautiful film playing in your head of a serene nighttime cruise in an old Cadillac, or a lazy afternoon on a beach in Phuket, Thailand, watching as the sun sinks below the ocean blue. It's beautiful. It's Elijah Rock's Song.
