About the Album

This is the ninth track off of HEAL's first album "dis/ambiguate." This song has mostly quiet production, but the vocal harmonies are almost overwhelming, intentionally so. It uses a sample from a producer named Keeth, as part of a sample flip competition. The genre extends beyond jazz, it is perhaps only jazz in tangents, but this is also very much a vocal-heavy track.

Tracks

let go (nightingale); i hate mondays (no, u just hate capitalism and the never-ending, skull-crushing, mind- numbing weight of a govt that wants us dead AND acts like it at every available opportunity, as well as an ongoing pandemic that next to no one is protecting each other from so we are coerced into constant reinfections with a virus that increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, and death following an infection of any severity [cite your sources bestie], AS WELL AS the colonialistic, genocidal nonsense the global north enacts upon the global south every waking hour of every day and you're just now finally realizing the cognitive dissonance of it all); overgrown (don't hold me down)l limited (forgive me); daydreaming (strings); fear (shelter it); fallinlove; few things; venus; nuit (poissons lune); leave; losing u (Orpheus ± Eurydice); (feeling) like hell; parasite; compost
