About the Album

Recorded with no chart and no safety net, “Two Boddies” is a first-take, fully improvised dialogue between Martin Uherek (tenor/soprano saxophone) and Klaudius Kováč (piano). The piece leans toward lyric modern jazz—its arc whispers a love letter to “Body and Soul”—but the form is discovered in real time, breath by breath. What began as a teacher-student bond now breathes as a single voice: two bodies, one story.
