About the Album
Serra Bilgincan’s first EP project consisting of her compositions, "Disintegration," recently released its second single "Strange Proximity" following the debut single "Transience”. Featuring Çağdaş Topal on drums, Eren Turgut on double bass, Gürtuğ Gök on saxophone, Koray Üsgülen on piano, and vocals Serra Bilgincan, the production of the single is credited to Eren Turgut, with mixing and mastering by Can Kuman, cover photo by Can Yıldırım, and design by herself. The other pieces of the project, "Convergence" and "EXCR," will also be available on music platforms in the coming months. "Strange Proximity" is a musical interpretation of the musician’s poem. Moving from the shadow play of night paths to the romantic interplay of shadow selves, it's a musical expression of visual illusion of distance and dimension.
