About the Album

The Flipside musical experience is a unique combination of American musical forms. A combination of Jazz with world beat and creative improvisation. Frustrated by the limitations imposed from the commercialism of the music industry and the pressure to conform to a narrow style, Paul Unger, Dave Monsch and Dennis Durick came together to form Flipside. Flipside works in a true ensemble style - with each member carrying equal weight. "Serious Fun" is the main philosophy driving the group.
