kÖök is a Norwegian minimalist duo featuring guitarists Jørn Erik Ahlsen and Stian Larsen, the sonic aesthetics of both are inspired by the highly personal improvised language of free jazz guitarist Marc Ducret and the ambient landscapes of Alva Noto (aka Carsten Nicolai).
