Sundae is singer Kate Voss and Mr. Goessl is guitarist Jason Goessl. Both parties hail from Seattle, WA, where Mr. Goessl has his thumb in numerous musical pies, including Trimtab, The Pornados and the present Sundae + Mr. Goessl, just to name a few.
