Album Description
Italian pianist Stefano Falcone and Stockholm-based double bass player Ilaria Capalbo have been working the last couple of years towards the realization of a project that could be a synthesis of their classical and contemporary backgrounds, jazz training and inclination towards free improvisation techniques. They both are composers, and within this project they strived to find a balance between written and non-written music. The result is an album, which they released last November, entitled Invisible Atlas (Skidoo Records 2017).
