Album Description
On March 18th has been released the first album of the italian group Zona Sud, recorded at B&D Records and distributed by the record label Bit & Sound Music. The title of the album is "Contaminazioni", a journey that, starting from the strands of smooth jazz and fusion, crosses various musical genres such as blues, samba, bossa nova or the funky, up to the classical and popular Neapolitan music. All reinterpreted in a very personal way with typical Mediterranean sound influences. The work, is dedicated to the memory of Guglielmo Saracca, bassist of the group who died on February 21st 2018, immediately after recording the tracks of the album
