Album Description
Along the Midway Plaisance (out October 16, 2026) is Jeffrey Lasky’s debut LP — a fusion of modern guitar textures, cinematic moods, and Chicago storytelling. Rooted in the culture of Hyde Park and the South Side, the album reflects the vibrancy and history of the region while also channeling Lasky’s personal experience of grief and loss. The result is a body of work that balances collective identity with intimate reflection. Standout tracks like “What Remains” and “Fountain of Time” capture this duality, merging technical precision with emotional resonance and marking Lasky’s arrival as a distinctive new voice in fusion music. Below are links to two remastered singles that are also featured on the album.
