Dutch pianist Rembrandt Frerichs, Tony Overwater and Vinsent Planjer have developed a telepathic interplay thanks to more than a decade of collective work as a trio. With their concert series Made in Europe they expand their vision far beyond their national borders. After a successful edition with Italian trumpeter Paolo Fresu for this concert they perform with two European musicians who also honor melody, beauty and risky improvisation: flautist Joce Mienniel and saxophonist Sylvain Rifflet.

Saxophonist Sylvain Rifflet has reached the top of French jazz and has collaborated with international greats such as Kenny Wheeler and Riccardo Del Fra. Dutch jazz musicians Rembrandt Frerichs,.

Recording: Philip ten Brink

Personnel: Sylvain Rifflet: tenor sax; Joce Mienniel: flute; Rembrandt Frerichs: piano; Tony Overwater: bass; Vinsent Planjer: drums.
