Mark O'Leary performed in a trio concert project with Michael Manring on Bass and Chris Garcia on drums at Musicians Institute Hollywood California Main stage. The concert was near capacity and nostalgic as Mark is a GIT graduate. Michael Manring is a former student of Jaco Pastorius and is iconic from his performances with Michael Hedges, albeit in this context, he had an immense amount of experience from his trio with Alex Skolnick. The music ranged from Fusion, free jazz, ambient soundscapes and rock. Mark and Michael synergized efficaciously and effortlessly, a superb collaboration.
