Turntable Maestro DJ Logic Mixes Scratch With Percussion at Next "Possible Fireworks" Performance

BROOKLYN, NY - The BRIC Studio Possible Fireworks series will take on a new sound when the beats of DJ Logic, who is widely credited for helping to bring jazz into hip-hop's sphere of influence, meet the beats of percussionist Ben Perowsky and others to be announced on Thursday, April 3, 2003, at 7:30 pm at BRIC Studio, BRIC's intimate performance space located on the 2nd floor at 57 Rockwell Place (next to the BAM Harvey Theater) in Fort Greene (2, 3, 4, 5 train to Nevins Street; M, N, Q, R train to DeKalb Avenue). Tickets are $10; $8 for students with valid I.D. Possible Fireworks is a monthly series at BRIC Studio that offers a musician the opportunity to assemble a group of other musicians that he or she has admired but has never performed with, resulting in a no-rehearsal, one-time-only evening of musical entertainment where anything can happen
