Set to take place at the Boulder Reservoir, in Boulder, CO on September 27 and 28, the first annual Tatanka Music and Arts Festival will feature The Disco Biscuits, Rose Hill Drive, Big Head Todd's Todd Park Mohr, The Everyone Orchestra, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, The Motet and others.
