Trumpeter/composer, Nick Drozdoff, has just released his first three new reocordings using Sonic Foundry's powerful program, ACID.

The titles are as follows:

  • “Evidence of Things Not Seen"
  • “Under A Shadow in a Secret Place"
  • “Dr. Funkenstine's Trumpets"

Each of these features just ACID and trumpets (all of the recording and performing being done by Drozdoff alone), though there are some small sequences added to “Evidence of Things Not Seen."

These three tunes will be added to Drozdoff's CD, “New Stuff by Nick Drozdoff" which has been available for about a month and a half.

All of Drozdoff's music can be heard in hi and/or low fidelity or downloaded completely for free at his mp3.com site. The url is as follows:

While Drozdoff welcomes downloads, his preference is for playbacks. So if you download for use with an mp3 player in your car, for example, please consider going back and playing the files directly from the mp3 site as often as possible. There is no cost to the listener whatsoever.
