Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra With Wynton Marsalis Brings "United In Swing" Tour To Japan

In October 2002, the LINCOLN CENTER JAZZ ORCHESTRA (LCJO) WITH WYNTON MARSALIS, the world-renowned resident orchestra of Jazz at Lincoln Center (J@LC), makes a triumphant return to Japan with a two-week residency entitled United in Swing.

Sponsored by Merrill Lynch, the tour will feature 13 concerts in 7 cities: Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Hamamatsu, Morioka, Utsunomiya, and Hiroshima. In addition, members of the LCJO will lead educational programs in selected cities. This is the LCJO
