After 37 years Jack Kleinsinger is calling it quits. May 13, 2010 will be the last Highlights show making this an even 300 Highlights In Jazz concerts presented by Jack Kleinsinger. His decision is not an artistic one, he would like to continue to produce Highlights, but a financial one. Jack says “if someone can come up with the financing necessary to produce the annual series he'll continue, but with cuts in arts funding and private sponsorships for jazz down it's not likely I'll continue."

This event is made possible with public funds from the NYS Council on the Arts, a State agency.
