Ronnie Scott's have launched their own jazz awards this month to honour all that has been great and good in the jazz world over the last 12 months. The diverse award categories aim to recognise new and established talent both here in the UK and abroad, and will include a special award for outstanding contribution to jazz. Chris Williams Receives Nominations for Orange County Music Awards

Acclaimed jazz vocalist Chris Williams has received two nominations for the Orange County Music Awards, to be held March 31 at The Grove in Anaheim.

Chris has received nominations for Best Song, for his rendition of “Comes Love" and Best Latin for his album Premodernism. “Comes Love" was originally written and composed by Lew Brown, Sammy Stept, and Charles Tobias. The album features a mix of Straight-ahead, Bebop and Latin jazz.
