Legendary bassist Ron Carter will be awarded at Heineken Jazzaldia (San Sebastian Jazz Festival, Spain) with the Donostiako Jazzaldia Award on July 22nd, prior to his performance at the Festival with his Golden Striker Trio. Every year, the Heineken Jazzaldia gives this award to an outstanding person in the field of jazz.
