U.S. Justice Department to Review Music Streaming Royalties

In the wake of a series of court cases involving music streaming service Pandora, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department has announced that it plans a review of the agreements that govern songwriting royalties. Ticketmaster Affirms Settlement, Will Return $400 Million to Fans

Ticketmaster has agreed to a tentative settlement in a class action suit that stretches back more than a decade. If approved, the deal would issue about $400 million in credit to 50 million ticket buyers.
