Among those up for enshrinement in the Songwriters Hall of Fame this year are Leonard Cohen, key members of Earth, Wind & Fire, and producer-composer David Foster.
The hall made the announcement of its inductees on Tuesday. Earth, Wind & Fire's Maurice White, Philip Bailey and Verdine White are being honored in addition to Foster and Cohen.
