Asbury Park, NJ: Jazz vocalist PJ Parker's original song, “Dreams Are Meant For Two,” with music written by her late father, jazz pianist Thomas E. Parker, will make its motion picture debut in Joe Basile’s “West End,” screening at the Garden State Film Festival on Saturday, April 6, 2013.
