It is with deep regret that I inform all of you jazz fans about the passing of piano great Harold McKinney. He was 72. He was always teaching and helping out the younger generations of aspiring jazz musicians. I also heard Wendell Harrison refer to him as his “musical father". But, he left behind so many talented children who will certainly keep his legacy alive. GOD BLESS YOU HAROLD!
