Chet Baker Estate files ten million dollar lawsuit againt fantasy records for copyrights infringment

On January 17, 2001. The Estate of Chet Baker filed a 10 million dollar lawsuit against Fantasy Records in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York for copyrights infringement breach of contract and damages.
