Award-winning New Orleans guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Anders Osborne, touring in support of his powerful new Alligator Records CD, Black Eye Galaxy, will co-headline the HeadCount Participation Tour, along with Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk.
