Maya Belsitzman

Maya Belsitzman is a singer, cellist and composer. Having started her music career as a classically trained cellist, she won several music scholarships before transitioning into the pop music scene. Majoring in world music, jazz, pop, rock and fusion, she's now a session player and also writes arrangements for string quartets, orchestras and choirs, as well as composing her own music. For the last 12 years, Maya has been part of a musical duo with drummer and percussionist Matan Ephrat. Together, they record original projects and perform in music festivals around the world. In addition, Maya has played, recorded and collaborated with leading artists, both national and international.
