Miles Donahue’s latest album, coming on the heels of The Bug (Whaling City Sound, 2017), Just Passing Thru is large in scope and beautiful in execution. Today, when we think of swing in uniform during World War II, Major Glenn Miller and the Army Air Force Band (1942-44) most often come to mind.
