Dan Heck

Dan Heck, jazz Guitarist and Bassist, recording artist, composer and educator relocated to Naples, FL from New York City. After graduating from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, he moved to Seattle in 1993 and began establishing his professional jazz reputation there. As a founding member of the band "Bebop and Destruction", he experienced national success and recognition for his efforts, winning several awards and recording four critically acclaimed CD's with the group. From there, he moved to New York City, working in famous venues such as the Blue Note, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Kavehaz, Flute, the Pierre Hotel, Cleopatra's Needle, and the French Consulate with a wealth of incredible musicians.

Dan has served as leader of the house band for Campiello (Naples, FL). He headlines concert events for groups such as the Art League of Bonita Springs, Bayshore CAPA, and the Naples Botanical Gardens. He has had extended residencies at Naples venues such as The French Brasserie, D'Amico's The Continental and others, and currently appears at the Barrel Room in Ft. Myers. Source: Dan Heck
