Amy Rhiannon Worth
Amy sings straight from the heart, she is one of the UK’s freshest talents when it comes to sophisticated classic Jazz and Big Band swing. With a beautiful, expressive voice, bringing her own unique flair to every jazz standard, she moves effortlessly from soft smooth ballads to full out swing with an added spice which comes from a love of early Rhythm & Blues. She takes particular joy from digging out old gems and bringing them right back to life with a bang.
Over the years Amy has sung live on BBC 1, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4, Heart FM, Sky News, ITV, ‘This Morning’, ‘Lorraine’ and ‘Good Morning Britain’, performing in front of prime ministers, royalty and celebrities. From London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane to The Eventim Apollo and IndigO2, from The Wales Millenium Centre to Edinburgh Playhouse, Amy has sung solo with The National Symphony Orchestra, performed with The Royal Philharmonic and Hallé Orchestra and toured internationally. She has sung backing vocals for Ronan Keating, Huey Lewis, Don Felder (Eagles) and Tico Torres (Bon Jovi), Tom Chaplin (Keane), Mike Rutherford (Genesis), and Elio Pace.
