5 core principle states we call: BODY | MIND | SPIRIT | SOUL | MUSIC.
Gabriel continues to perpetuate the movement of performing spontaneous
Original Music (OM) based on the atmosphere created by the audience.
The experience is both reflective and engaging. Much like the
original Art Form of Music, when artists traveled throughout country
telling news, history, and sharing personal experiences through
musical stories. Such is the nature of Spooky Kool.
Gabriel's vision of a world class performing art form is realized with
his creative selection of musicians, hand picked to present the mood
and spirit of each piece and specific instrument.

My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it is such a free form of expression without boundaries. I was first exposed to jazz as a child listening to my father's Sunday Down time and radio shows. I became more interested in Jazz as a young adult in High School. I met Doc Severinsen at a workshop at Case Western Reserve. He played the solo/lead Trumpet on Night In Tunisia, and my life was never the same. The best show I ever attended was Miles Davis at the Downtown Palace in Cleveland, Ohio. The first jazz record I bought was On The Corner, by Miles Davis. I had a LOUD Hot Rod and had to play Miles even louder for the music to be heard. I received my first ticket for Noise Pollution by University Circle Police. My advice to new listeners sit back, close your eyes, and listen for the motion in the music. A sharp ear will afford you many aha moments and years of inner-satisfaction. Just a quick note. I grew up under the influence of Miles Davis and watched jazz/music redefine itself every 2 - 5 years, along with the introduction of new artists and bands. I have no commitment to a singular style or genre of music, but support the ever evolving presentations of jazz/music as a creative alternative for mental and spiritual growth. Just as the great artists of our time (Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Michael Brecker and others) expanded their understanding of music, so we all should grow beyond what we currently hear and consider to be jazz/music.
