My Jazz Story

I love jazz because it is the highest form of expression. I was first exposed to jazz by my father. He has/had a Richard "Groove" Holmes LP, entitled "Soul Message"! I met Andrae Murchison! The first jazz record I bought was "Muir Woods Suite" by George Duke. My advice to new listeners. Tune in to KVNM 101.1 FM or ask "Alexa....play KVNM Radio"

My House Concert Story

The first jazz musician I had the privilege I experiencing live was George Benson. He performed in the "Round" in Phoenix, AZ...had to be 79'-80'. I was mesmerized by his skill and soulful strokes!
